The bootcamp day will include an overview of the Playbook, a Q&A with second year directors, and opportunities for you to ask questions about anything and everything related to starting your new job!

COVID-19 Update (May 15, 2020)
After much thought and consideration, the Kansas Bandmasters Association Board of Directors has voted to transition this summer’s in-person summer convention to a virtual and online format.  As always, the health and safety of our members and those associated with the convention is our primary concern. This has not been an easy decision to make, and was reached after many hours of discussion.

We are in the beginning stages of preparing for this new format, and we are committed to providing the best, and safest summer learning experience to our members. More information regarding our online convention will be coming soon.

As of this afternoon, we have formed a committee to plan the virtual convention. This committee is made up of members from the KBA board. After two weeks, our full KBA Board will meet again to approve and discuss the recommendations of our committee. After that meeting, more specific information regarding the KBA virtual convention will be given.

We appreciate your patience as we transition to this virtual format. Please know that providing you with quality and meaningful professional development during this time is our number one priority and that we value your on-going support of KBA more than ever.
