Registration Opens May 1st

• PRELIMINARY PERFORMANCE ORDER
• All classifications will perform together in a similar block.
• Class performance order will rotate each year: White, Blue, and Gold for 2024; Blue, Gold, and White for 2025; and so on.
• Within each time block, bands who register within the first registration period (May 1 through 11:59 on July 1) will be placed in a pool to be randomly drawn for the latest performance times in each class.  
• Bands that register between July 2 and 11:59 PM on September 1 will be placed in a separate pool to be randomly drawn for the earliest performance times in each class
• The random drawing for preliminary performance order will take place via live stream (Zoom or some other format) on the Tuesday evening after Labor Day.
• Drawings will be done by class.

Registration deadline is September 1st

Payment deadline is October 1st.
