The Kansas Bandmasters Association membership and Executive Board would like to thank you for your support and dedication to music education. We would like to invite you to support the KBA membership by exhibiting at our summer convention.
Our convention from Wednesday through Saturday on the designated week each year. The exhibitor area is open to attendees on both Thursday and Friday of the convention.
Setup/Tear Down: Wednesday 6:00pm-10:00pm & Thursday 7:00am-10:00am
All booths/exhibits must be cleared on Friday between 12:00noon-2:00pm.
Exhibit Times (Exhibit all is open to attendees at the times specified below):
Thursday 10:00am – 11:30am & 1:30pm-3:30pm
Friday 10:00am–11:30am
Exhibits close at 11:30am and exhibit area must be cleared no later than 2:00pm
Packages/Deliveries: for exhibitors may be delivered to the hotel’s Receiving Department no more than one week prior to the start of the convention. The following information must be included on each package:
